Keenan Troxler To Participate in LAA Flagship Class of 2025

September 17, 2024

We are proud to announce that Keenan Troxler, Assistant Director of Property Operations, has been accepted to the Leadership Anne Arundel (LAA) Flagship Class of 2025. This prestigious program is designed to cultivate leadership skills and foster collaboration among emerging leaders in Anne Arundel County, offering in-depth opportunities to explore critical issues in the county through hands-on experiences, workshops, and networking with local leaders.

“I am looking forward to learning more about the unique challenges and opportunities facing residents in Anne Arundel County,” said Keenan. “This experience will not only help me connect with other leaders throughout the community, but it will also allow me to have a more in-depth understanding of one of the regions where many of Chesapeake Neighbors’ residents live and work.”

In his role as Assistant Director of Property Operations, Keenan oversees property management, and maintenance, ensuring that Chesapeake Neighbors provides high-quality, affordable housing for all. The leadership training and broader community understanding gained through this program will enhance his ability to lead projects efficiently, engage with community stakeholders, and identify innovative solutions to meet our communities’ housing needs.

Participating in the LAA Flagship Class of 2025 means Keenan will be able to represent the mission and vision of Chesapeake Neighbors to innovative, like-minded peers who are also working to make positive changes and impacts in communities around Anne Arundel County. Housing impacts every aspect of people’s lives, and Keenan’s participation in this professional development opportunity means he will not only be able to grow as a strategic leader, but highlight for others how every aspect of business, government, economic development, healthcare, agriculture, and more all to connect to the need for affordable housing.
